The GCHS baseball program will begin off-season workouts on Tuesday, September 10th at 3pm at the high school baseball field. In September and October, the team will run 4-man workouts at the field on Tuesdays & Thursdays until October 29th (weather permitting). Each session will last 1 hour. Group times begin at 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, and 6pm (4 student-athletes per group).

In these workouts, student-athletes can expect to work on defensive fundamentals, strengthening their arms, base-running, and some hitting (not all will be covered each workout). Student-athletes should bring baseball pants and all of their baseball equipment.

Tuesdays, Thursdays: Weight Room 7pm-9pm
Fridays: Weight Room 3pm-5pm
Saturdays: Hitting Groups (time TBD)
Sundays: Pitchers & Catchers (time TBD-January/February only)
